- Up to 700,000 ks per month plus yearly bonus and allowances

- Planning, successful execution and follow up for a diverse range of customer retention campaigns
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely communication via phone, email, etc
- Ensure quotations are provided to clients in a timely manner in line with client agreements and approved by the General Manager
- Communicate with customers in various aspects of the household goods moves such as arranging packing, shipping dates, delivery dates, collecting documentation etc
- Work with the general manager in improving services and processes, including input of information in the computer system.
- Liaise with destination services provider for timely reports collection on services delivered, customer information etc
- Analyse maturing data in order to make sound recommendations for next steps that aim to improve our financial results
- Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant experience in a service industry; experience in the hospitality or airline industry is a plus
- University graduate
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Experience in handling customer relations preferred
- Understanding mathematical & numerical information
- Being analytical, result oriented, can handle meeting deadlines, collaborative & focused
- Immediate to advanced negotiation skills
