  • To generate the whole strategy of call centre operations and controls
  • Define the needs of permanent training and ensure the size of the teams
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain the positive relationship with customers by identifying their needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related background is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or High-diploma holder
  • Advanced English level is compulsory.
  • Strong experience in Call Centre management and customer service is required.
