- To generate the whole strategy of call centre operations and controls
- Define the needs of permanent training and ensure the size of the teams
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Maintain the positive relationship with customers by identifying their needs
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related background is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or High-diploma holder
- Advanced English level is compulsory.
- Strong experience in Call Centre management and customer service is required.
