- Analyse customer service requirement and inform of all available services.
- Monitor all customer calls, analyse problems for products and services and follow up on pending issues.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Maintain the positive relationship with customers by identifying their needs
- Minimum 5 years of customer care experience and over 3 years in management level in that background is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or High-diploma holder
- Advanced English level is compulsory.
- Strong experience in customer service and consulting is required.
