Provide administrative support and manage the activities effectively.
- Accomplish administrative activities and perform the given tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Arrange meetings, travel, appointments and prepare meeting minutes.
- Facilitate the communication between executive and clients, customers.
- Work together with the other teams to achieve the goals successfully.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration field as personal assistant or secretary to the Executive or Senior Management Level
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications such as Business Administration, HR is highly preferred.
- Strong Command of Business English
