Responsible for managing the administrative tasks in an efficient manner.
- Accomplish administrative activities and perform the given tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Arrange meetings, travel, appointments and prepare meeting minutes.
- Facilitate the communication between executive and clients, customers.
- Work together with the other teams to achieve the goals successfully.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration field as personal assistant or secretary to the Executive or Senior Management Level
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications such as Business Administration, HR is highly preferred.
- Good command of English, TOPIK 4/ 5 or equivalent level of Korean are required.
- A strong interpersonal and time management skill.
