Executive Chef Position at a Leading Hotel Resort in Myanmar
- Responsible for planning and directing food preparation in kitchen.
- Salary up to 15 Lakhs plus Accommodation and Duty meals

- Oversee the entire kitchen operations.
- To provide training and development for department staff in kitchen procedures.
- Monitor food quality and maintain international standards.
- Outside of the kitchen, the sous chef may be responsible for staff scheduling and depending on the establishment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Western Food.
- Repatriate candidates preferred.
- Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; lead the team and ability to multi-task.
- Must be flexible and adjust to meet the changing needs of guests.
