- Develop the sales strategy, sales plan and targets in line with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- At least 10 years of working experience in sales and over 4 years in management level.
- Bachelor’s degree or another high-diplomas holder.
- Advanced English communication skills is a must.
- Must have strong problem-solving skill and self-motivation.
