Exciting opportunity as Head of Contact Centre. Looking for candidates with Strong Experience in Customer Service and Contact Centre
- To generate the whole strategy of call centre operations and controls
- Monitor all customer calls, analyse problems for products and services and follow up on pending issues.
- Maintain the positive relationship with customers by identifying their needs
- Minimum 10 years of working experience and above 5 years in management level in call centre or customer service background is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree or high business-related diploma is required.
- Advanced English communication is needed.
- High problem-solving skills and customer relationship management skills is an extra.
