The Role

  • To generate the whole strategy of call centre operations and controls
  • Monitor all customer calls, analyse problems for products and services and follow up on pending issues.
  • Maintain the positive relationship with customers by identifying their needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience and above 5 years in management level in call centre or customer service background is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree or high business-related diploma is required.
  • Advanced English communication is needed.
  • High problem-solving skills and customer relationship management skills is an extra.
