  • Manage all the spectrum of HR functions and develop HR strategies

About the Company

Our client is one of the leading Entertainment Companies in Myanmar.

 

The Role

Responsible for directing and controlling all the HR functions within the Organization

  • Develop, manage, direct and control the HR functions: recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relation, performance management and payroll process
  • Provide effective HR strategies to enhance business operations efficiently
  • Ensure resources are allocated and utilized properly
  • Advice and support employees in resolving issues including disciplinary, complaints procedures and performance issues
  • Develop internal policies, rules, and regulations and ensure proper compliance is followed

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience and at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Professional HR qualification, post-graduate qualification in HRM will be an advantage
  • Strong command of Business English skill
  • Excellent communication skill and should be able to work under pressure
