HR Business Partner Manager at one of the most successful FMCG companies in Myanmar

The Role

  • Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Support the performance and talent management cycle through objective and development plan setting.
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Contact for both employees and managers in the organisation
  • Evaluate training programs

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR area and minimum 5 years of experience managerial role.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR processes & understanding of HR Market Trends
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Labour Law Knowledge Skills
  • Strong command of Business English
