- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Support the performance and talent management cycle through objective and development plan setting.
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
- Contact for both employees and managers in the organisation
- Evaluate training programs
- At least 8 years of experience in HR area and minimum 5 years of experience managerial role.
- Familiarity with SAP HR processes & understanding of HR Market Trends
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Labour Law Knowledge Skills
- Strong command of Business English
