Develop and implement HR activities strategically.
- Implement effective training programs and monitor the employee development progress
- Conduct job evaluations including surveys and produce effective programs to satisfy all levels of employees in the organization.
- Create job descriptions and manage the recruitment process for organization
- Plan HR activities efficiently that will improve the workforce of the company
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related background
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HR is preferred
- Good command of written and verbal English
