- Develop, organize and implement operational manuals, human resources procedures, standardized forms and documents.
- Up to MMK 800,000 plus attractive bonus

- Manage day-to-day employee relations and HR related issues
- Develop job specific training program for all operational positions
- Organize and conduct employee testing and performance review programs
- Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new laws
- Conduct employee recruiting, screening, hiring and disciplinary activities.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant role
- Must possess a BA degree in relevant discipline (MA preferred)
- Solid background of HR experience in recruitment, training, remuneration and handling employee relation issues
- Ability to work under pressure
1 - month incentive bonus
