The Role

Responsible to manage full spectrum of HR functions for the Business

  • Plan and conduct overall HR strategies that helps to enhance effective operation of business
  • Implement HR policies and ensure HR practices are following local and national labour legislation and regulation
  • Manage and control full spectrum of HR functions such as Employee Relation, Learning and Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management
  • Responsible to assess and review salary scheme based on company’s requirement, skills, qualifications and job level
  • Manage salary and other benefit payments for local staffs and expatriates

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related field
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in Business Administration or HRM will be a plus
  • Good command of written and verbal English
  • Strong knowledge of relevant employee related local laws and regulation in Myanmar
