Job Description

HR Manager at one of the large local enterprises in Myanmar

  • Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company’s human resources department
  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus benefits

About the Company

Our client is a group of companies across in Myanmar and mainly focus on trading, construction, heavy machinery, and engineering services.

The Role

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions, both operationally and strategically
  • Review and develop concepts for improvements to existing HR Management systems to increase the overall efficiency of the department and company in service quality and processes
  • Ensure all Job descriptions are up to date, all staff receive appraisals and monitor probationary periods
  • Ensure compliance of HR with the rules and regulations of the Myanmar labour law and company guidelines


  • Minimum 7 years of working experience and 3 years of working experience in management level
  • Prefer MBA or similar degree, ideally in Human Resources Management
  • Strong command of English and Burmese
  • Computer Literate and be able to work under pressure
