HR Manager at one of the most successful Travel and Tour Services Companies in Myanmar

  • Leading and Develop different policies & procedures of the company
  • Up to 1,200,000 MMK plus benefits

About the Company

Our client is a worldwide travel services agency which offers the unique experience to customers with authenticity and luxury.

The Role

  • Update HR policies & procedures in line with all branches in Myanmar
  • Create Staff development and career planning programme
  • Support activities of employee performance assessment activities and payroll operations
  • Ensure compliance of HR with the rules and regulations of the Myanmar labour law and company guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in Travel Services or Hospitality management position
  • Prefer MBA or similar degree, ideally in Human Resources Management
  • Strong command of English
  • Computer Literate and be able to work under pressure
