HR Manager at one of the well-known Multinational Companies in Myanmar

The Role

Responsible to develop and implement full spectrum of HR functions for the Business

  • Responsible to plan and carry out overall HR strategies that helps to improve operations of business efficiently
  • Develop, manage, control the full spectrum of HR functions such as Employee Relation, Learning and Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management
  • Assist executive management in the annual review, preparation, administration and budgeting
  • Report directly to Managing Director (MD) and BOD

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR field and at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or post-graduate degree in related field such as business administration or HR and other professional qualifications in HRM will be preferred.
  • Strong command of Business English skill
  • Should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
