About the Company

The Role

  • Oversee the process and implementation of Business Units through HR
  • Responsible for overall HR strategies that helps to enhance operations of business efficiently
  • Manage and control full spectrum of HR functions such as Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Relation and Performance Management
  • Review and give suggestions to management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices annually
  • Implement a human resource information system that meets the organization’s personnel information needs

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in HR & Admin Industry in a senior management level
  • Any MBA degree holders preferable
  • Excellent communication skills with Advanced level of English
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
