HR Officer at International Banking Industry in Yangon

  • Responsible for all personnel matters including recruitment, benefits administration, maintenance of personnel files, and other documentations for all newly hired staff members
  • Up to 700,000 MMK plus attractive benefits

About the Company

An international banking company with rapidly growing in Myanmar is looking for the Burmese Professional to establish the new HR strategies to develop especially in the recruitment and selections area.

The Role

The role bears the full responsibility for

  • Recruitment and off boarding process
  • Preparing newly process such as orientation training, uniform requisition, staff ID, computer & other equipment need
  • Assist to orientation programme
  • Assist to HR Manager for legal & functional compliance of HR matters with Myanmar Labour Law & Company guidelines in FFMCL


  • A Graduate in Business from prestigious universities (Preferable)
  • Training on Human Resource Management (Preferable)
  • Preferably 2 or 3 years of experience in relevant job
  • Honest, reliable, dynamic and pleasant personality
  • Hard-working and high commitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to written and spoken English
  • Be able to communicate reports among management team
  • A strong working knowledge of computer (Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet & PowerPoint)
