  • Undertaking the HR administration tasks and support to HR manager and office management
  • Salary is up to 1,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

Support in providing all human resources (HR) tasks for an organization

  • Manage day-to-day employee relations and HR related issues
  • Organize and conduct employee testing and performance review programs
  • Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary
  • Plan HR initiatives strategically that will benefit company

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HR is preferred
  • Good command of written and verbal English
  • Solid background of HR experience in recruitment, training, remuneration and handling employee relation issues
