The Role

  • Lead and manage overall performance of help desk team
  • Perform daily customer service and support in both accurate action and time
  • Develop and operate technical strategies to deliver better service to customers
  • Provide training to help desk team and analyse customer feedback for better performance
  • Develop team’s performance reports timely

 

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of working experience as a help desk manager with strong operation management skill and experience in Banking is preferable
  • Bachelor degree in IT or any other related field
  • Fluent in both writing and speaking English
  • Must be able to lead the team with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in customer-service delivery with solid technical background
