Marketing Manager at Leading Construction Company in Myanmar

  • To initiate and implement an annual Strategic Marketing plan in line with corporate objectives

About the Company

Our client is one of the leading property development companies in Myanmar. They have very strong exposure to some of the prime properties in both residential and commercial areas in Myanmar.

The Role

This position will have the full responsibility within Marketing Area.

  • Developing strategy, tactics, marketing plans and profit targets
  • Manage external agencies to produce creative and compelling advertising, PR and promotion campaigns
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • To deal with all media enquiries, including crisis management situations
  • Manage the process of planning and implementing marketing strategy in line with the business

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing of high profile property developments
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English speaking and writing
  • Ability to well known about Decoration and Branding knowledge
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.)
