- Develop key retail channels by developing relationships with business partners.
- Oversee, develop and motivate a sale team.
- Forecast future sales and develop sales and trade marketing plans to adapt to shifts in the marketplace.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in related background and over 5 years in management level is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or other business-related education is a must.
- Business English communications skill is needed.
- Strong persuasive skill and self-motivation is a bonus.
