Making sure that a company's support staff is running smoothly
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, payroll and sometimes including training and induction
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handling invoices and payment
- Minimum 5 years of working experience and 2 years of working experience in management level.
- Bachelor degree is a must and Administration in Business is preferred.
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Problem-solving skills and project management ability
Up to 3 months performance bonus + other allowances
