About the Company
Our client is one of the International Organization helping business growing in the market and promote international education.
- Managing daily office operation including travel arrangements, meetings and other events
- Providing on monthly payments and budgeting.
- Maintaining of procurement records and documents in accordance with policy from corporate HR
- Managing bank accounts including preparing monthly bank reconciliation
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Accounting and procurement experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skill in English both oral and written
