- Control the efficiency of the procedures to serve better the customer satisfaction
- Cooperate with Operation/QA Teams for implementation of action plans
- Maintain the positive relationship with customers by identifying their needs
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in customer service background and above 3 years in management level.
- University degree is must.
- Business English or advanced English communication skills
- Prefer the one who have strong experience in customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
