Responsible to organise and support overall administrative tasks to the superior.
- Support overall administrative tasks to the management.
- Coordinate and consolidate all key management Presentations
- Manage incoming phone calls, mails and customer enquiries related to the management.
- Arrange travel, transport and accommodation and manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments for the management.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in administration field or as personal assistant to the Executive or Senior Management Level
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications such as Business Administration, HR is preferred.
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Should have business etiquette, be able to travel and resourceful to management’s needs
