About the Company
Our client is the Well-known FMCG Company and has branches around Myanmar, successfully operating the business over many years.
Responsible to organise and support overall administrative tasks to the executive.
- Assist chairman with planning of company events and management tasks as directed.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Arrange travel, transport and accommodation and manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments for the chairman.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant secretarial experience in office management, administration field.
- Fluent in Chinese 4 skills & Intermediate level of English Communication skills
- Must be able to travel
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a must have and other qualifications in related areas such as Internet, Email, Excel, Word and Power Point.
