About the Company
Our client is one of the leading property development companies in Myanmar. They have very strong exposure to some of the prime properties in both residential and commercial areas in Myanmar.
This position will have the full responsibility within Sales Area.
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Developing relationships with potential clients
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Overseeing and managing a sales team
- Manage the process of planning and implementing marketing strategy in line with the business
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of high profile property developments
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, estimating budget and report writing skills
- Good business sense Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Aability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.)
