Our client is one of the Leading Pharmaceutical Companies in Myanmar offering variety of products and services relating to healthcare.

 

The Role

  • Developing & maintaining rapport with new as well as existing Key customers
  • Assisting the business head in overall operations & providing timely feedback to facilitate decision making
  • Expanding coverage, developing new territories for business development
  • To supervise and lead the distributors and regional sales team
  • To follow and direct daily KPIs for retailers in its sector
  • To participate in the development of network distribution in its area
  • To ensure that procedures are known, mastered and applied by all

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
  • A Graduate; preferably science or pharmacy/medicine
  • Initiative and Capable of Handling a team
  • Positive attitude, Effective communication & convincing abilities
  • Good track record performer as a Regional or Area Manager or similar position
  • Business English Skills
