Leading a team responsible for the reservation manager who has responsible for Hotel booking, client relationship and every tour planning booking arrangement.
- Coordinate with sales and reservation team for all room booking
- Handling the customer complaints and checked advance with hotel for tour series
- Forecast all project requirements on everyday basic and ensure achievement of all hotel reservation objectives.
- Resilience to cope with pressure at peak time
- Advanced English
- Good Communication and training to the staffs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Travels and Tourism
