Sale Team Leader will be performing the followings:
- Manage and Marshal Overall Sales Team in Country.
- Responsible and need to response all the commercial requests from local, oversea, regional and global.
- Develop the Sale motivation to keep sale performance better and always focus the sale target.
- Make the good relationship with oversea partners and to explore more and more new relationship.
- Report directly to Country Head
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales role
- Degree level education required
- Fluent in English
- Strong at coaching people development skills and Strategic thinking at solving problem solution
