To carry out secretarial and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
- Organize and arrange meetings, conferences, appointments, travel arrangements and prepare meeting minutes
- Manage and handle reports, documents and correspondence
- Liaise with government ministries and relevant clients
- Provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the department
- Implement the assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administration field or as secretary to MDs /CEOs / GMs of companies
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a must and other qualifications in business administration and other related fields are highly preferred.
- Strong command of English is required
- Proficient in Microsoft office
