Handle overall secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Carry out secretarial and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
- Organize and arrange meetings, conferences, appointments, travel arrangements and prepare meeting minutes
- Handle the reports, documents and liaise with government ministries and local authorities
- Provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the department
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in administration field or as secretary to MDs /CEOs / GMs of companies
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a must and other qualifications in business administration and other related fields are highly preferred.
- Strong command of English is required
- Proficient in Microsoft office
