Responsible for managing secretarial tasks in an efficient manner
- Responsible for making travel arrangements, meeting schedules, appointments and take meeting minutes.
- Manage the confidential documents and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Liaise with government ministries and relevant clients
- Provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the department
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admin or secretary background.
- A Bachelor Degree is a must and other qualifications in business management or administration are highly preferred.
- Business English is required and good command of Chinese language is preferred.
- Strong knowledge in secretarial and office management.
- Able to use Microsoft office proficiently
