About the Company
Our client is one of the well-known automotive and trading companies in Myanmar.
Support overall secretarial and administrative tasks
- Prepare and Manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Manage and arrange schedule, travel arrangements and apointments.
- Set up and coordinate meetings, conferences and prepare meeting minutes
- Perform the assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in office support and liaise with government ministries and local authorities.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in administration field or as secretary to MDs /CEOs / GMs of companies
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a business administration or other related field
- Strong command of English and Chinese are required
- Proficient in Microsoft office
