Job Description

Secretary to CEO at one of the fastest growing beverage Companies in Myanmar

  • Ensure all the administrative supports framework, organize and participate in meetings with company partners.
  • Up to 1,100,000 MMK with attractive benefits

 

About the Company

Our client is a joint venture company that manufactures soft drinks along with other products.

 

The Role

  • Provide required administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone
  • Respond to public inquiries

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in office administration field or as executive Assistant to MDs /CEOs / GMs of companies
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must have and other related qualifications such as Business Administration is preferred.
  • Good Command of verbal and written English
  • Should have a broad knowledge about relevant legislation, policies and procedures and a solid understanding of the northern cultural and political environment
  • Required to have effective communication and problem solving skills
