- Prepare and Manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Perform other tasks assigned by General Manager
- Minimum 3 years of relevant secretarial experience in office management, administration field.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a must have and other qualifications in related areas such as Business Administration will be a great advantage
- Good Command of verbal and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft office and project
- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills
