Senior HR Manager at one of the growing Food & Beverages Companies in Myanmar

  • Responsible to manage overall HR related processes for the organization
  • Salary up to 2,500,000 MMK and other benefits

 

About the Company

Our client is one of Myanmar’s growing food & beverages Companies that distribute high quality consumer goods in the market.

 

 

The Role

Handle full spectrum of HR functions for the Business

  • Responsible for overall HR strategies that helps to enhance operations of business efficiently
  • Manage and control full spectrum of HR functions such as Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Relation and Performance Management
  • Review and give suggestions to management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices annually
  • Implement a human resource information system that meets the organization’s personnel information needs
  • Report directly to HR Director and responsible to manage up to 7 staff

 

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of working experience and minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management level with related background
  • A bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HRM will be a plus
  • Good command of written and verbal English
  • Ability to multi-task
