Responsible for managing overall recruitment functions for the Company
- Handle the full spectrums of recruitment functions including CV screening, making interview arrangements and conducting interviews.
- Develop the new HR policies and procedures for staffing.
- Responsible for the branding of the employers.
- Carry out the assigned tasks in an efficient manner.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR field, preferred strong experienced in recruitment & selection
- A bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HR are preferred.
- Business English is required.
- Strong command of knowledge in human resource and recruitment.
