The role involves direct reporting to Manager and the ability to communicate well with customers
- Repair and control customer products
- Join Inspection of 3rd service Parties
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Degree or Diploma in engineering
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support as a technical engineer at least two years
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proven customer support experience & work under pressure
