- Oversee the entire kitchen operations.
- To provide training and development for department staff in kitchen procedures.
- Monitor food quality and maintain international standards.
- Outside of the kitchen, the sous chef may be responsible for staff scheduling and depending on the establishment.
- To lease with the Head Chef and implement new menus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Western Food.
- Knowledge of computer skills including Word and Excel.
- Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
- Must be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of guests.
