Job Description

Technical Support Engineer

  • Technical Support to the system infrastructure & applications
  • Up to 1,200,000 MMK plus Benefits

The Role

  • Level 2 support for troubleshooting IT related infra and applications
  • Daily monitoring and support of application systems
  • Manage and support infra system
  • Documentation and configuration updated systems
  • Work with Level 3 supports and vendors

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in IT & application infrastructure and system support
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or any other related field
  • Must be certificate holder of Redhat (RHCSA, RHCE) and cisco (CCNA)
  • Must have good experience in web servers, database and cloud environment
  • Must have good knowledge in Linux, network security and mobile money application system
  • Proficient in both speaking and writing English
