Senior Accountant is the next step in your career after an Accountant. Senior Accountant takes responsibility for preparing full sets of accounts, performing activities such as reconciliations, preparing financial reports and assisting in budget preparation. Senior Accountant requires a minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience. Most accounting candidates pursue ACCA after Diploma in Accounting and a minimum education requirement for Senior Accountant role would be ACCA Part 1.
