7 years on and MyWorld is still charging full steam ahead. I ventured to Myanmar in 2015 with a vision of creating the Best recruitment company Myanmar has ever seen. I can say without a doubt, we achieved that goal very quickly and then continued to grow from strength to strength.
We have a word we use at MyWorld, Best! We aim to be the Best at everything we do and all our staff are focused on continuously improving so that we can surpass this goal and then move the goalposts to have a new target to aim at.
With the help of an amazing local team of eager business professionals, we have been able to develop the Best internal training program in our industry. This has led to many of our staff being recognized as the Best in their sector and we are proud to continuously have the highest performing recruiters in Myanmar and now in the region.
Since 2021 we have been expanding our operations in the region setting up our office in Cambodia. With the amazing performance of our internal marketing team, we have been able to create significant brand awareness, surpassing many of our biggest competitors in only a very short period of time, and this is only the 1 year in. Having presence in both Myanmar and Cambodia has also allowed us to expand our reach and we are now supporting clients in Singapore, Laos as well. We plan to continue this expansion to become the Best in the region.
By offering our clients the Best Customer Service and Quality, we have received amazing feedback from our clients in the region that has given us the confidence that our processes and systems work in other more developed markets and confidence that we will be successful as we continue this journey.
I am also proud to say that we have been able to give our staff more opportunities to grow by exposing them to international markets and giving them job opportunities overseas. As we continue to grow our market presence we will continue to transfer our strong, home grown team to our international offices so they can further develop their careers.
Coming to Myanmar in 2015 I never could have foreseen the amazing journey that MyWorld has been on and despite the significant challenges of the past few years, the astonishing results that we are still able to achieve.
