Description
Involve and lead the daily cash and bank operations and expense/payment transactions
Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements, management, and statutory reports for the company
Ensure timely completion of the expense reports, budget consumption reports & cash flow statements
Prepare tax returns and MIC quarterly reports
Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax departments, and regulatory authorities
Support the Head of the Department and the expat's management as necessary
Report to GM
Requirements
Related working experiences are over 5 years and good experience with office management procedures
Excellent knowledge of financial budget & facility management
Shall have problem-solving skills enabling me to correspond to any issue attractively
Any degree holder
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Software

Responsibilities
Assist in planning & organizing budgetary cycle of business operation activities, processes, and projects: that are as close to reality as possible and implement control procedures
Continuously monitor and examine the performance and carry out regular analysis of the cost and report deviations and recommend solutions for improvement
Liaise with budget holders monthly to establish the cause of budget or forecast variances when comparing to actual results
Support Head of Controlling in production of budget, revised forecasts, standard management reporting and ad-hoc reports as requested
Assist budget holders with any queries that may rise, in a timely manner
To undertake monthly reviews of all purchase orders raised to ensure the effective management of purchase orders in accordance with the internal policy
To assist the CFO and the Head of Controlling in operating and improving internal controls within the financial control function
Carry out any other duties as requested
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience in controlling activities
Bachelor's Degree in finance-related field/business administration is required
Knowledge on tools such as SAP or various ERP system is a plus
Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
Independent, critical, and assertive personality
Excellent verbal / written communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operation needs
