Accounting Manager at a Successful Real Estate and Properties Management Service Company in Yangon

  • Oversee the work of accountants, review financial statements, and prepare reports for senior management.

  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus other allowances & benefits.

The Role

The role will supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.

Description

  • Must be handle all of accounting issue with professional skills.

  • Ability to compile and present reports to Management.

  • Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet company goals.

  • Strong knowledge of the laws and regulation in taxation

  • Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.

  • Develop external relationship with auditors, solicitors.

  • Prepare monthly accruals, prepayments, and accounting entries.

  • Analyze market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Chinese 4 Skills

  • B.com (CPA) (or) ACCA Part (2)

  • At least (5) year experience in Accounting and Taxation

  • Must have strong financial analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese language

  • High level of competency in Microsoft office, excel, power point and other relevant applications.

  • Must be handle all of accounting issue with professional skills.

  • Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet company goals.
