Ensure HR and admin operations functions in the company are run smoothly
- Carrying out administrative duties such as taking phone calls, handling mails, maintaining confidential data and arranging meetings.
- Forming and maintaining employees’ digital records, employment and legal contracts and updating databases such as sick, maternity leave
- Schedule job interviews and contract with candidates as required.
- Handles employees’ inquiries about company policies and employment benefits.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in business administration or related field is highly preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is required.
- Requires good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and must be detail oriented.
Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
