Providing support to managers, employees and assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s administrative activities.
- Assists employees and managers for variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Must handle administrative functions, requests and queries
- Organizes and maintain files and databases in confidential manner
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail
- Appoints meetings, reservations as needed
- Reports to HR & Admin Manager for assigned duties
- Proven experience in HR and Admin field as office admin assistant or executive level
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other certificates in Business and HR are preferred
- Business English is a must
- Must be proficient in MS Office especially in Excel and Power Point.
- Candidate must have proactive personalities, sharp, flexible and willing to learn
