Description

  • Remain responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc for staff

  • Maintain working relationships and communicates with all departments

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Administration Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
