The Role
Supervising day to day operations and developing internal policies and procedures
Responsible for office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and property maintained
Manage the information systems and information technology with IT team in HQ for any requirement
Oversee facilities services, maintenance, security service and canteen services
Handle all the process of administration such as dealing with local government authorities, ministries etc
Maintain relationship with external stakeholders, government officials and suppliers
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in general administration management
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
